Alligator farming contributes to the preservation of wetlands, which play a crucial role in regulating the climate. Furthermore, ranchers prioritise alligator conservation, as failure to support the species leads to permit loss. Finally, Meat, skins, heads, feet, and fine chemicals are considered co-products.
